From my business ventures I have successfully established solid partnership network across various industries in multiple countries across the globe, and my last business became the digital TV Partner of Telkom Indonesia and earned a well-established reputation.
Launching successfully the world first multi entertainment digital operator platform on both Mobile and TV, I recruited local talents in Hong Kong and with 1/20eme budget of what any closest competitor have spent. My team and I have managed to build the first OTT (over the Top TV streaming) company that convinced over 250 global and local TV channels to join the platform with pure revenue share, saving us multi million dollars and making the business possible at minimal investment and cost.
OONA TV has been valued by equity investors $20M pre-launch (prior to POC) and $400M post launch.
And as a result, OONA TV became the fastest growing business at Telkom Indonesia with 4.6 Million users within the first 6 months on the market.
Being among the first to foresee the shift from Pay-TV to free ad supported digital television (OTT), Understanding that AVOD will become the lead model to fast growth, I invented and patented a solution to increase by more than 10X the advertising value on digital formats (I named if ADSREWORD).
With the success of OONA TV and ADSREWORD, I could get the global management of the world largest media buying company (WPP) to support the invention and business model and Adsreword is now in the process to be roll out to TV, Video and Game publishers including; Gameloft, Dailymotion, Zee5 india, Samsung, Transsion and by end 2021, ADSREWORD will be servicing publishers globally with an estimated 250 Million consumers using the end user solution.
Following my panel speech and presentation on “digital broadcasting issues” at IAB meeting in front of over 250 government representatives, I have been fortunate to initiated and to overseeing the draft of Act Instituting the Management, Provision and Regulation of Over The Top And Other Digital Broadcasting Services In The Philippines, a House Bill for the Republic of the Philippines HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES sponsored by Philippines governors.

My passion for golf since a young kid gave me the discipline and trained me to focus where and when needed and keeping a very agile and positive mind toward achieving my final goal.
And as a young golf teacher in my very early carrier, I have developed natural leadership skill by helping others to succeed and reach their own goals and this been part of my leadership and management style ever since I started to build businesses and partnerships.

Jean-Louis Schaan, Ph.D., is a professor of Strategic Management and International Business and the J. Armand Bombardier Chair in Global Management at the Richard Ivey School of Business. Prior to joining Ivey, he was Director of the University of Ottawa’s Executive MBA Program. In 1990 he won the University of Ottawa Award for Excellence in Teaching. His research has focused on strategic alliances and project management. In collaboration with Micheál Kelly he has conducted studies about the management and implementation in strategic alliances in the high technology sector. He has been serving in private company Board of Directors and Advisory Boards for 15 years, has consulted work with public and private sector organizations in Canada and Europe and taught in Executive programs in North America, Europe, Asia and North Africa.
